Planning Ahead

Every year we have clients with specific deadline requests for their projects. While we do our best to accommodate all reasonable and most less reasonable timing requests, there are general time requirements for planning, permitting and constructing a successful, but less stressful project. In hopes of educating, the above chart has been provided as a rough guideline to layout typical timelines for general hardscape projects. Please note that projects with unique challenges and multiple hardscape elements could require a significant extension in the planning and/or construction process.
